Still Looking Cold Following Winter Storm

After the first serious snow storm of the year, temperatures don't look like they'll improve much in the near future.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) After northwest Missouri woke up to a couple of inches of snow Sunday morning, temperatures are just as cold as ever today.

We began our Monday with a low temperature near zero, and will continue to struggle just to get into the teens.

We'll be helped by variable sunlight, which on the surface will melt a little bit, but biting cold will continue through the rest of the day.

Our first hope for temperatures above freezing will be Friday, but that will only be the mid 30s.

Temperatures don't look to return to "normal" until early next week.
