2 cups watermelon, diced
2 peaches, diced
1 orange, sectioned, membrane removed, and cut into small pieces
2-3 TBSP. chopped, fresh basil (plus about 2 tsp. for garnish)
1/2 tsp. salt
The juice from one lime
2 TBSP. plain, non fat, Greek yogurt.
In blender, puree watermelon, peaches, half of the orange with the basil, salt and lime juice.
Pour into pretty bowls. Put a dollop of Greek yogurt in the center of each, and sprinkle with basil.
