A visitation will be held 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013; immediately followed by a 7:00 p.m. memorial service, at Rollins Funeral Home in Platte City, MO.

The family suggests contributions be given to the charity of one’s choice.

Wanna was born May 7, 1930 in Vici, OK to Harry Bernard and Flora Roberta (Faulk) Rohman.

She lived most of her life in the Hurst Euless Bedford, TX area, before moving to Wichita, KS, where she lived for around 20 years, finally living in Smithville, MO for the last 4 years. Wanna was of the Christian faith, and was employed in the past as a telephone operator, and also worked in electronics manufacturing. She was primarily a homemaker who enjoyed bingo and was an accomplished country western dancer.

Wanna was preceded in death by: her parents; her first husband Robert Leslie Royse; her second husband Virgil Forrest Lawson; and 3 brothers Maury, Chet, and Willis Rohman.

She is survived by: her son Harry (Kathy) Royse of K.C., MO; her sister Dortha George of Independence, KS; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
