Cameron, MO Emergency Management confirms around a tenth of inch of ice accumulated on elevated services, and several traffic slide-offs reported in their area.
Traffic accidents have been reported in all areas, even with roadways with minor ice accumulations.
Snow will begin to fall once temperatures aloft cool down, and will begin to accumulate rapidly during the overnight hours.
The National Weather Service has a Winter Storm Warning that will remain in effect until noon Sunday.
