A St. Joseph woman faces a felony child endangerment chargs after police say she duct taped a boy and kept him in a shed.
(ST. JOSEPH) A St. Joseph woman faces a felony child endangerment charge after police say she duct taped a boy and kept him in a shed.
Vickie Weyer, 48, is accused of using duct tape to restrain the 11-year-old boy's wrist, waist and legs for an extended period of time.
Police say Weyer also assaulted the boy by hitting him multiple times with a wooden plunger handle and confined him in a shed next to her house.
Weyer is behind bars on a $50,000 bond.
She's set to appear in court on Friday.
