Brief Warm-Up Before Another Blast of Cold Air

We're looking at a really nice way to end the work week, but it comes ahead of a cold front that will really chill things down for Saturday. Thankfully that cool down is short-lived.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) This forecast really goes back and forth.

For Friday, expect sunshine early with some extra clouds by afternoon, but a nice warmup into the mid 50s.

This is ahead of a cold front that late night will bring a chance for a light wintry mix.

Accumulations are minimal, but it could be pretty slick in the morning.

Saturday should only see a high temperature slightly above freezing.

But Sunday and Monday just look spectacular, with sunshine all day and highs in the 60s.

It won't be quite that warm for the rest of next week, but temperatures do look to be much more comfortable when you compare it to weeks in the immediate past.
